We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our partners, supporters, and well-wishers for their continued trust and collaboration in Samarpan’s journey. What began in the mica-rich region of Koderma has steadily expanded across districts of Jharkhand and into Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh. While this growth reflects our collective efforts, we remain aware that much more needs to be achieved. In recent years, Samarpan has been able to reach and engage thousands of individuals through its diverse interventions in child protection, health & nutrition, livelihoods, and local governance. Our partnerships with government agencies, networks, and like-minded organizations continue to strengthen our impact and learning. One of the most encouraging outcomes has been the emergence of grassroots leadership, especially among women and youth, who are now playing active roles in driving change within their communities. At the same time, sustaining skilled and committed human resources beyond project cycles remains an ongoing challenge for us. Despite these challenges, we find great motivation in the growing confidence of our community members—especially when they adopt new tools, share their work, and take ownership of development processes. The appreciation and encouragement we receive from our stakeholders reaffirm that we are moving in the right direction. As we move forward, we remain committed to deepening our impact and strengthening community-led change.
