Position: Block Facilitator cum Thematic Expert
Location: Domchanch Block, Koderma
Vacancy: 01
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage project activities at the block level
- Strengthen Gram Panchayats, Gram Sabha, and community-based organizations
- Promote access to social welfare schemes
- Empower youth, women, and village development committees
- Coordinate with government departments, networks, and stakeholders
- Ensure documentation, reporting, monitoring, and evaluation
- Support livelihood and enterprise development initiatives
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Social Work
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the social sector
- Fluency in Hindi and English
- Willingness for fieldwork and result-oriented performance
- Age below 40 years

Position: Manager – Resource Mobilization
Location: Koderma, Jharkhand
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies
- Mobilize resources to support organizational programs
- Prepare proposals, reports, presentations, and communication materials
- Build partnerships and enhance organizational visibility
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Social Sciences, Social Work, Marketing, PR, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in resource mobilization/communication
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Strong IT skills and ability to multitask
- Willingness to travel
- Age below 40 years
Salary:
As per qualification and experience (mention expected salary in application)
