We work closely with communities through a dedicated team of trained grassroots professionals, volunteers, and community leaders. By nurturing youth and women leadership, we are building a strong network of local change-makers who continue to drive development processes within their own communities.

Our community-based approaches in child protection, health & nutrition, livelihoods, and local governance have demonstrated impactful results. Through our field experiences, we promote sustainable practices and community-led models that can be adapted and scaled by government and civil society partners.

Scaling Impact

Samarpan has reached over 150,000 people across multiple districts of Jharkhand and Uttar Pradesh through its diverse interventions. By strengthening community institutions, promoting access to entitlements, and building capacities, we are enabling communities to become self-reliant and active participants in their own development.
